DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
Yes, but only on Australian orders.
We accept returns for exchange if items meet our return and exchange criteria.
Please note standard 14 day return policy applies.
CAN I RETURN A SALE ITEM?
Sorry, we can't accept sale items for return. Purchase of sale items is final.
HOW DO I RETURN / EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
If the items you wish to return meet our Return & Exchange criteria, please follow our instructions detailed in Terms & Conditions.
WHERE IS MY ORDER CONFIRMATION?
We will send you an order confirmation as soon as your payment has been confirmed and your order has been dispatched.
It will be sent to the email address you provided when placing your order.
If you have NOT received a confirmation, please check your JUNK folder and ensure that [email protected] is added to your safe sender list.

CAN I TRACK MY PARCEL ONLINE?
Tracking numbers are provided via. order confirmation email as soon as your order is dispatched (Upon request).
CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS IF I’VE MADE A MISTAKE?
Sadly once an order is received it is sent directly to our warehouse for processing and we are unable to amend address details. Please see our Terms & Conditions.
I NEED TO CHANGE SOMETHING ON MY ORDER. HOW CAN I DO THAT?
Unfortunately because we want to ensure your orders are processed and dispatched as quickly as possible, once an order is received, it is sent straight to our warehouse for processing and we are unable to make any changes/amendments to it.
Any items you did not want to purchase will need to be returned to us following our Return & Exchange instructions.
Any items you wished to add to your order will need to be placed as a separate order.
HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY AND HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
Delivery rates and times vary depending on your location. Please see our Shipping section for further information.
DO YOU DELIVER TO P.O BOXES?
We are able to deliver to P.O Boxes within Australia. We use AUS POST as our carrier for this.
I HAVE STORE CREDIT FROM AN EXCHANGE. HOW DO I USE IT?
- Sign into your Art Club Concept account.
- You should be able to view your credit amount on the ‘My Account’ page.
- Upon checkout, the credit will automatically be deducted from your order total.
- If you do not use the full credit, the remaining balance will remain on your Art Club Concept Account to be used on future purchases.
PLEASE NOTE: All store credits are valid for 12 months from date of issue.
WILL I HAVE TO PAY INTERNATIONAL TAXES & DUTIES?
If shipping destination is outside of Australia, your order may be subject to International Taxes and Duties.
Art Club Concept cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package.
You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance as detailed in our Shipping section.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information.
WHAT IS A PRE ORDER?
We don't want you to miss out on something you love so you may have the option to pre order.
The estimated arrival date will always be listed on the website so you know when to expect your purchase.
DOES YOUR WALL ART COME FRAMED?
Sadly, we don't offer framing due to risk of breakage when shipping.
We recommend taking your print to your friendly local framer (our favourite look is to have the print floating), alternatively our prints will also fit a range of Ikea frames.
WHO DESIGNS YOUR PRODUCTS?
All of our designs are created by Art Club Concept designers.
